These terms are the house rules for every London Casino account. Opening an account and playing means you agree to them, so give them a few minutes before your first spin.

Agreeing to these terms

Limiting our liability

We run a careful floor, but some things sit outside our hands.

  • Our responsibility to you is capped at the funds in your account and any sums we owe under these terms.

  • We cannot guarantee that the site will always operate without breaks.

Changing these terms

The site changes. Laws change too. These terms keep pace with both. The freshest edition lives right here, marked with its start date. Big updates also land in the inbox linked to your account. Play on past that start date and you accept the updated terms.

Raising a complaint

Trouble at the tables? Say the word. Write to mail@casinolondon.app. Give us your username, the time it happened, the title or transaction at stake, and a short account of the problem. We check every complaint and every reply comes by email. Hold on to screenshots: they make the fix faster.

Playing the games

  • You can find the rules and paytable of each game on its information screen.
  • A random number generator determines the results of digital slots and table games, so earlier spins or hands have no effect on any outcome.
  • Live dealer games stream in real time and settle on the actual cards, wheel or dice in the studio.
  • A malfunction voids every pay and play it touches. Any stake on a round that gets voided returns to your balance.
  • If the game server record and your screen disagree, the server record decides the result.

Keeping the game clean

  • No collusion with other players or dealers.
  • Bots, scripts and any software that plays on your behalf are not allowed.
  • No exploiting faults or errors in a game or the site.
  • No stolen or borrowed payment methods.

Opening an account

  • One person, one account. Duplicates are closed and winnings on them are voided.
