Offer Rules

These rules set out how each London Casino offer works, from the welcome match to free spins. By claiming an offer you accept them, so go through them before opting in.

Knowing the ground rules

Bonus money stays separate from your cash balance until its wagering is met.
Each offer carries its details in your account: time limit, eligible games, stake cap and any conversion cap.
These rules apply together with our Account Terms. If the details of a specific offer conflict with this page, that offer's own details take priority for it.
Offers are for fun, never income. Our Player Protection page lists the limits and breaks you can set.

Checking who can take part

For players in Canada who are 19 or over, located where the local law allows gambling at online casinos.
One welcome offer, claimed once. That limit covers each individual, each home, each device and each payment method.
Your account must pass identity and geolocation checks first.
Accounts under self-exclusion, or paused for a break, can't claim offers.

Ontario law forbids public promotion of incentives, so offer details appear only after you sign up and sign in.

Watching the clock

All offers are time-limited. You can find the deadlines for claiming, for using free spins and for completing wagering in the offer details inside your account. Once time is up, we remove any unused bonus money together with winnings linked to it. Your own cash remains yours.

Avoiding bonus abuse

These moves break the rules:

Creating additional accounts in order to claim the same offer repeatedly.
Group play or shared strategies to clear wagering.
Betting in low risk ways, for example covering both sides of a bet.
Paying with a card or account that belongs to someone else.

If abuse is identified, we may cancel the bonus, remove any winnings tied to it and shut the account.

Claiming the welcome offer

C$750 + 20 Spins. Our welcome offer is 100% up to C$750 plus 20 Free Spins, spread across your first three deposits.

First 3 deposits: 100% match each, up to C$250 per deposit.
Matched funds up to C$750 overall, with 20 free spins on top.
Minimum deposit: C$10.
Wagering: 25x your deposit amount on eligible games.
Table games contribute 8% to wagering.

Meeting the wagering

Wagering: the full amount you have to bet before any bonus balance can be cashed out. For the welcome offer, that means 25 times the deposit by itself, not 25 times deposit plus bonus. Put in C$10 and you need C$250 of total stakes on eligible games.

Table games: each bet counts at 8%.
Other eligible games: each one counts at the contribution rate shown in the offer details in your account.
Games marked as excluded count for nothing.

Opting in

Pick the offer in the cashier before you deposit.
A deposit made without opting in cannot qualify afterwards.
Every offer is optional. Say no and play with cash only.
A bonus can be cancelled from within your account. Doing so removes the bonus money along with any winnings it has produced.

Keeping stakes under the cap

An active bonus comes with a stake limit on each spin or hand. The offer details show that limit. Bet above it and we may void the winnings from those bets.

Holding one bonus at a time

One bonus per account, full stop. A fresh offer sits in the queue until the current bonus is wagered through, expires or is cancelled.

Cashing out bonus wins

Some promotions set a maximum on the cash you can collect from bonus wins. When a ceiling applies, the offer details state it, and anything above it disappears at the end of wagering.

Changing these rules
