Age Policy

London Casino: adults only. Age 19 and up, zero exceptions. Here is how we stop minors getting to the games, and how you can help at home.

Playing at 19+ only

Where local law permits, players are welcome, and we follow Canadian rules on age, identity checks and anti-money laundering. Here, that boils down to one fixed rule:

• Accounts open only for players aged 19 and up.
• Deposits, games and cashouts are reserved for players aged 19 and older.
• Every account belongs to one adult and is used by that adult alone.

Guarding shared devices

The family laptop, a tablet left on the couch, a phone passed around at dinner: these are where young people most often stumble onto gambling sites. A few habits close the door:

• Log out whenever you finish a session.
• Stop your browser from saving passwords.
• Lock your devices with a PIN, pattern or fingerprint.
• Keep your login details to yourself, including from family.
• Never hand your account to anyone, whatever their age.

Your account, your call: every move made on it falls on you, so lock it down tight.

Acting when a minor is found

If we learn that an account was opened or used by a person under 19, we act immediately:

• The account is closed straight away.
• All bets get wiped out, and any winnings are struck off.
• Checks done? Every deposit flies home to the card or wallet that sent it.
• We look at any linked accounts and act on them too.

Think an under-age player is on the site? Email us and it becomes our top priority.

Setting up parental controls and filters

Simple tools at home keep gambling content off young screens:

• Phones, tablets, consoles, computers: switch on the parental controls each device already has built in.
• Switch on content filtering through your home internet router.
• Install blocking software such as Gamban or GamBlock, which stops access to gambling sites across devices.
• Use separate user profiles so children never open your logged-in sessions.

Checking every player's age

A stated date of birth is never taken on trust. Before any deposit is made, electronic checks verify age and identity, backed up when needed by documents such as a valid passport or a driver's licence. Location is checked at the same stage.
